Delete My Instagram Account. Go to the special Delete Your Account page on your mobile device or desktop. On your desktop visit the Instagram website and log into your account. Unlike Facebook you will no longer have access to your account even if you try to log it back in. Instagram is an online mobile photo-sharing that enables its users to take pictures and share them either publicly or privately on the app as well as through a variety of other social networking platforms.
Select from the drop-down menu your reason for leaving. Go to Instagrams Delete Your Account page. Once youre signed in select a reason you want to delete your account from the drop-down menu. The option to disable your account will only appear after youve selected a reason from the menu and entered your password. Unlike Facebook you will no longer have access to your account even if you try to log it back in. And re-enter your password.
Log back in as the account you want to delete and follow the directions above.
Click or tap Permanently delete my account Disable Your Instagram Account. On your desktop visit the Instagram website and log into your account. Select from the drop-down menu your reason for leaving. Select an option from the drop-down menu next to Why are you disabling your account. After 30 days of your account deletion request your account and all your information will be permanently deleted and you wont be able to retrieve your information. Enter your password and click Permanently delete my account.
