Should We Ban Plastic Bags. I wasnt sure about Austins city-wide ban a couple or so years ago. Not all plastic bags are subject to the ban. But i soon became a believer. New Yorks ban will take effect in 2020 but will apply to single-use plastic bags you can get at grocery stores or retailers.
Plastic bags should be banned. Across Europe new laws and policies are being proposed or enacted from plastic bottle deposit and return schemes to bans and charges on single-use plastic bags to phasing out non-compostable plastic cups plates and cutlery. Plastic bags have already been banned in many cities counties and countries the world over. Toys bottles tumblers cutlery and even a few recycling bins are just the beginning of what we can do with recycled plastic.
